RESPONSIBILITIES

Gurrimatute was hired by Catholic Health Services to prepare a zoning study for a vacant lot near the Biscayne Bay. Upon realizing the site’s potential, Gurrimatute was also hired to prepare a design concept for a new eight-story, 189,575 sf assisted living facility with skilled nursing units. The project follows Miami 21 Zoning Code.
