RESPONSIBILITIES

The scope of work entailed two primary tasks. The first involved conducting a thorough survey of the project area, encompassing boundary, topography, tree mapping, and utility identification.

The second task revolves around preparing a Scope to Budget Validation Report, which includes validating project needs and budget adequacy. This report incorporates narratives, conceptual diagrams illustrating space allocation, user group meetings for needs assessment, and phasing recommendations. Additionally, it outlines a design schedule and provides cost estimates utilizing various models, factoring in allowances for demolition and potential soil contamination.
