RESPONSIBILITIES
This project involved deferred maintenance to the Leroy Collins Center of Miami Dade College’s North Campus (Building 4000). The scope included the re-roofing of the entire building down to the concrete deck, lighting protection, refurbishment of the building envelope, sealing all existing windows at the perimeter, and major fire alarm system upgrades.
