RESPONSIBILITIES

Gurri Matute Cromwell JV was responsible for the design to consolidate the base 19 Operations Support Squadron (19 OSS), currently in two buildings, into one building. This was achieved by a complete interior renovation of the existing, single story, 45,000 sf B216 facility. The renovation also included the 2,700 sf addition of a new VIP entrance and mobility work area. The construction must be phased since the building will be occupied, and squadron operations must continue around the clock during construction.
