RESPONSIBILITIES

La Fontanelle is a new, custom high-end two-story Gothic/Moroccan style private residence on historic South Miami Avenue. This award-winning development included unique features such as an enclosed air-conditioned interior courtyard with Kalwall skylight system, vaulted ceilings, double height spaces, and coffered ceilings. Some features were custom made such as the Spanish cedar interior doors, architectural millwork for the kitchen and home office, media room and library. One of a kind custom designed precast details such as columns, medallions, door and window frames, faux paint finishes, stained glass, and marble floors added to the projects overall Gothic/Moroccan style. Specialty lighting was installed to emphasize the numerous pieces of artwork, paintings, and sculptures around the house. The central fountain tied it all together, along with warming details such as wood floors, specially designed acoustical doors, and a domed plaster ceiling with a hand painted mural.
