RESPONSIBILITIES

This project entailed remodeling this existing concession space, located at the Sports Food Court in Sawgrass Mills Mall. The Owner needed a refresh of his concession to cater to a younger demographic. Gurrimatute selected finishes to reflect a more upscale eating establishment, drawing references to the classic Japanese temple by using dark wood and vibrant red tile.
