RESPONSIBILITIES

The renovation of the Armory was divided into two phases, anticipating that the facility had to remain 100% operational during construction. The project included the interior and exterior renovation of two buildings and existing facilities, including the conversion of an existing unconditioned-air warehouse space into a new air-conditioned drill hall/multi-purpose space with full kitchen and new ADA compliant restrooms. In addition, the project included building hardening, HVAC upgrades, re-roofing, life safety upgrades, and resurfacing an existing asphalt area.
