RESPONSIBILITIES

For the past 28 years, Burger Bob's Diner, previously operated by Robert "Bob" Maguire, shared space with the Granada Golf Pro Shop. With a scheduled renovation of the pro shop, the community requested that the City Commission allocate additional funding to procure an architect and renovate the nostalgic diner, aiming to preserve its classic look and function.

The scope of work includes the interior build-out of the diner, featuring new finishes, upgraded mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, and a completely redesigned kitchen.
