RESPONSIBILITIES

Gurrimatute provided architectural and interior design services for the renovation and modernization of Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory #1 at Baptist Regional Rehabilitation Hospital. The project included the replacement of the existing cardiac catheterization equipment, upgrades to the procedure room, equipment room, and control room, and renovations to support spaces to enhance functionality and patient care.

The renovation also included modifications to mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and low-voltage systems to accommodate the new equipment, as well as structural improvements to support ceiling-mounted booms. Interior finishes were designed in accordance with Baptist Health's facility standards, ensuring consistency with the hospital's established design guidelines. The project was designed in compliance with all applicable healthcare codes and regulations and received approval from the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA).
