×Babcock National Guard Armory Renovation & Addition
RESPONSIBILITIES
The renovation of the MAJ Elliott C. Babcock Armory consisted of the replacement of all existing finishes, reconfiguration of existing spaces, new ADA accessible restrooms, new HVAC system, new electrical and plumbing systems, new impact resistant windows and doors, a new SPF roofing system and lightning protection. An existing former high-bay equipment maintenance building was converted into the new Drill Hall, and a new addition to either side of it was constructed, consisting of a new kitchen, new restrooms with showers and locker rooms for enlisted personnel, and a new utility and storage space.
This project is LEED Silver Certified.
