RESPONSIBILITIES

The 5^th Street Marina Terminal is used by cargo ships for cargo storage and repairs related to ship work. Master planning for the entire site included site logistics (circulation and staging), location of security fencing and surveillance cameras, revised shore location at Federal Channel and new bulkheads at north end of site, new gatehouse/restroom facility and site lighting.
