Shailee Weiss

Shailee is a registered architect with a Master of Architecture degree from Florida International University. Born in Israel and raised in Miami, she discovered her passion for architecture earlier than she realized. A middle school art assignment to design the floor plan of a dream home first introduced her to the creative possibilities of architecture. As she grew older, traveling and experiencing different cities, cultures, and architectural styles deepened her appreciation for how buildings and urban spaces shape the way people live, work, and connect with their surroundings.

As an active member of the Society of American Military Engineers (SAME) South Florida Post, Shailee supports opportunities for emerging professionals to engage with peers, industry leaders, government and military representatives, and other A/E/C professionals. She is particularly passionate about leadership development, professional growth, mentorship, and creating meaningful connections between the federal and civilian sectors.

Outside of work, Shailee enjoys staying active through CrossFit, spending time outdoors, traveling, and making the most of every opportunity to connect with friends and family.
