Manuel Arias

Manuel was born in Cuba and raised in Miami. From an early age, he was fascinated by how things were built, particularly buildings and the intricate systems that bring them to life. That curiosity ultimately led him to pursue a career in architecture, where he combines technical expertise with a passion for thoughtful design and construction. Manuel is a graduate of the University of Florida, where he earned a Bachelor of Design and a Master of Architecture.

Outside of work, Manuel enjoys spending time with his wife and their miniature schnauzer, Toby. They enjoy walks around the neighborhood and exploring South Florida’s waterways. Manuel is also an experienced boater and fisherman and spends much of his free time on the water around Key Biscayne.
