Gisel Orizondo

RA, LEED AP ID+C

Project Architect

Originally from Havana, Cuba, Gisel Orizondo discovered her passion for architecture at an early age through a love of both mathematics and the arts. By the time she was 18, she realized architecture offered an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people's lives while blending creativity with technical problem-solving. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Cooper Union for the Advance of the Arts in New York.

Today, what continues to inspire her is the human side of the profession, the opportunity to better understand people's needs, behaviors, and psychology through thoughtful design. Earning her architectural license and LEED certification stands as some of her proudest professional accomplishments and reflects years of dedication to her craft.

Outside of work, Gisel enjoys staying active and creative through walking, dancing, exercising, painting, cooking, and traveling.

"Success is not final, failure is not fatal: It is the courage to continue that counts."

— Winston Churchill
