Dayanna Castillo

Originally from Cartagena, Colombia, Dayanna holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of San Buenaventura Cartagena and recently graduated with a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Keiser University.

As an Intern Specifications Writer, Dayanna supports the team in preparing and developing project specifications. She brings a detail-oriented and organized approach to her work, while drawing on her technical background and problem-solving skills. A team player by nature, Dayanna enjoys working with others, supporting her teammates, and contributing wherever she can to help the team move projects forward.

Outside of work, Dayanna enjoys staying active, traveling, discovering new places, and spending time with her family and friends. She especially enjoys exploring different destinations and experiencing new cultures and cuisines, with Italian and Colombian food among her favorites.

Family has always been an important part of Dayanna’s life, and her mother continues to be one of her biggest inspirations. Her strength, resilience, and support have helped shape who Dayanna is today. Dayanna values meaningful connections, new experiences, and the opportunity to make the most of every moment.
