Crispin Blamphin

Originally from Annapolis, Maryland, Crispin Blamphin grew up on Kent Island in the Chesapeake Bay before moving to Miami. His passion for architecture began at an early age through building with Lego, creating scale models, and designing in Minecraft. While he initially considered pursuing civil engineering, Crispin realized that architecture offered the perfect balance of technical problem-solving and creative design.

He earned his degree in Architecture from the University of Miami. During his fourth year, Crispin joined Gurrimatute as a summer intern and returned to the firm after graduation, where he has continued to grow professionally in a collaborative and supportive environment. He later became a licensed architect.

Outside of the office, Crispin enjoys cycling through Miami and working on small art projects.
