Beth Durscher

Known for her genuine warmth and the fact that she has never met a stranger, Beth blends natural Southern charm with a passion for business development, mentoring and leadership. After a long career in Atlanta, GA, she relocated to the Charleston, SC area, working remotely alongside a favorite coworker—her handsome black lab, Gunner.

A graduate of East Carolina University, Beth drives federal sector growth with integrity, earning a spot in the Society of American Military Engineers (SAME) 2020 Class of the Academy of Fellows. Her perseverance shines through her service on the national SAME Foundation Board, where she helps foster engineering leadership for the nation, introducing youth to STEM and developing emerging leaders in the A/E/C profession.

Beth believes success requires balance. On weekends, she embraces her creative side and volunteers at a local charity shop and enjoys sustainable shopping to repurpose vintage treasures. An avid traveler, she also explores a new destination each month with her husband, Rob—a passion sparked by their unforgettable honeymoon in Scotland.
