Scarpetta opened in 2008 at the Fontainebleau Hotel and Resort in Miami Beach. The design developed with the active involvement of the award-winning Chef Scott Conant. The design integrates the breathtaking unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean and beautifully lit pools to create a contemporary yet intimate dining experience. The Bar and Lounge provide both interior and exterior spaces to relax.
