Memorial Regional Hospital Master Plan and Expansion

This project involved extensive collaboration with Memorial Regional Hospital in order to develop a master plan for improving efficiency and simplifying way finding. The hospital was originally built in 1953 and the campus needed improvement in order to modernize the hospital. The master plan resulted in recommendations for phased projects and proposed updates to the campus included additions to outpatient and urgent care spaces, renovations, an ultrasound clinic, relocation and/or additions for administrative spaces, a new ICU, retail spaces, phlebotomy, cardiovascular clinic, a conference center and pharmacy.
