Hakkasan Miami is the first American location for the renowned Cantonese restaurant. Opened in May 2009 at the Fontainebleau Hotel and Resort in Miami Beach serving dishes customized to make use of the best local ingredients. The design combined the talents from designers from New York, Las Vegas, India, London, and Miami. The interior design features custom handcrafted teak walls throughout the dining area, custom lighting, wood and stone work in the bar and lounge areas.
