Dooley Memorial Building- Interior/Exterior Renovations

The project involved the renovation of the award-winning, historically significant 1948 Dooley Memorial classroom building. Originally designed by Marion Manley, FAIA this building is considered to be one of finest examples of modern architecture in South Florida. The project scope included extensive upgrades to the building interior and exterior, which involved building hardening, window and door replacement, HVAC Upgrades, the introduction of raised classroom seating and technology into the existing classrooms, and the restoration and preservation of its historic architectural features.
