Baptist Cardiac and Vascular Institute Surgery Expansion

Miami, FL

The project involved the expansion and remodel of the surgery and intervention suite of Baptist Cardiac and Vascular Institute (BCVI). This included pre- and post-surgery areas, the addition of 6 OR suites (including 2 intra-operative MRIs), relocation and expansion of central sterile, expansion of the procedural gallery, addition of 6 new invasive rooms and 2 advanced endovascular rooms. Support spaces, such as the echocardiogram/peripheral vascular lab and administrative spaces, were reconfigured and expanded.
